Gentle Yoga Workshop provides a detailed and solid foundation for students who want to integrate yoga into their lifestyle.  No prior experience necessary.  This program uses a yoga mat or chair and includes adaptations using props. You will participate once-a-week, for a total of five weeks, in a LIVE Instructor-led Class held through ZOOM.  Then grow your practice by following our self-guided schedule on-your-own on the days in between.

The Basics of a Mind & Body Yoga Practice will be introduced, explained, and guided by your Instructor over the 5 week Course. Build your stamina and strength, each day, using our accompanying Yoga Modules containing detailed Instructions, Video and Audio recordings.  These supplemental activities support your personal development between LIVE Classes.

Your Instructor is Professionally Certified through Yoga Alliance, has taught over 1000 hours, and enjoys synthesizing personal practices for all ages.  Since 2005, she has presented Gentle Yoga classes for adults and children, and created workshops and private sessions for individuals and groups in corporate, academic, fitness, and medical communities.  She has extensive experience adapting Gentle Yoga to those recovering from cancer and through their Survivorship.
