Engaging activities that result from problem-based projects provided to enhance critical thinking skills. These can run the gamut from using a book, article or theory to introduce a math, science or historical concept then provide individual or group projects which require collaborative research.  Discussion forums, facilitated by a teacher, serve to assess the quality of knowledge being constructed and highlight points that can assist the progress moving forward. Students often find that they are able to learn as much about themselves as they are learning about a subject area.
